Reception 2026 Parent Visits

If you are considering Hill Top C of E Primary School for your child for Reception

in September 2026 we would like to invite you to come to school for a tour. 

 

The dates for visits are as follows - 

 

Wednesday 12th November at 1.30pm and 5.00pm

Tuesday 18th November at 10.30am and 5.00pm

Thursday 27th November at 10.00am and 2.00pm

 

The visit is by appointment only and we ask that you contact the school office on 01274 678386 to book your place. 

The focus of this meeting will be to show prospective parents our wonderful school.

 

School Admissions - new Reception starters in September 2026
The Admissions Team at Bradford Metropolitan District Council manage all admissions for our school and parents should contact them to find out about our admission arrangements. More information about admissions can be found here.

 

Applications

Parents can apply online for a place at a Bradford primary school here.

A ‘Guide for Parents about Admission Arrangements to Schools’ is also available on this website.

  • The online admissions system is available for reception applications from 17 November 2025 until 15 January 2026 for children born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022.

  • Only one application may be submitted for a child. 

  • Bradford online applications are for Bradford residents only. 

You will be able to view as well as amend your online application any time until the closing date.  You will receive an email acknowledging your online application.

 

If you apply online for a primary school place, you will receive an email on 16 April 2026 telling you which school your child has been offered (unless you opted out of this service).  Emails will be sent out from 8.00am on 16 April.

All online applicants can also view their child’s school place offer from midnight on 16 April by logging into their account on the online system.

Parents and carers who applied on a paper form or opted not to receive an email will have their child’s allocation letter sent by Royal Mail, first class post, on 16 April.
